1. When does my membership expire?

- All memberships run on a month to month basis. Your membership to Digitally Speaking is an ongoing process where you will have unlimited access 24/7/365 until you might choose to cancel your subscription.

2. Is there a grace period for membership renewals?

- All memberships run on a month to month basis. Therefore, you do not need to worry about renewing your subscription at any time. The account that you provide will simply be billed once per month with no hidden fees.

3. How do I renew my Digitally Speaking membership?

- If you chose to cancel your membership, but have decided to re-subscribe please follow the instructions below:

- Go to the MatchPLUS eMarketing Group website at www.MPeMG.com.

- On the right side of the homepage menu bar, you’ll see a section where you can select to Join of Login.

- To re-subscribe, simply select Join and fill in the prompts for information needed to create your account.

- Once you have filled in your profile information, select the membership level and click the submission button below.

- Once you submit your information, you will be redirected to a PayPal form where you will need to fill in your account information for your monthly billion process.

- After submitting your account information, you will receive a message in your email inbox with your access information.

- To login, select the login section of the www.MPeMG.com website and fill in your credentials to access Digitally Speaking.

4. What currency does Digitally Speaking accept for my membership dues?

- Digitally Speaking accepts USD currency through PayPal.

- If you do not have a PayPal account, you may set one up here. (It’s very fast to setup.)

5. My membership expired. How do I become reinstated?

- Being that Digitally Speaking memberships run month to month, subscribers need not worry about membership expiration or renewal.

- If you have canceled your membership and wish to reinstate you membership, please follow the instructions from point #3.

6. Where do I mail my membership dues?

- All memberships are paid with a credit card via your PayPal account.

- If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create on here.

- Once you have registered for Digitally Speaking, you will be billed $27/mo. to the account that you have on file via PayPal. Therefore, you do not need to worry about mailing in any dues or payments.

7. How long does it typically take to process my membership dues payment?

- Digitally Speaking processes your payment and registration instantly! Once you have joined, a confirmation email will be sent directly to the inbox of the registered email address on file with login and access instructions.

8. How do I receive a receipt for payment from Digitally Speaking?

- The confirmation email that will be sent to you upon joining Digitally Speaking will have itemized details that provide information regarding your purchase.

- Also, when you make your purchase through PayPal, there will be a detailed record of your purchase complete with amount paid and service provided through a confirmation email as well.

- PayPal is the most widely accepted form of online payment for its ease and thoroughness of the payment process. Therefore, we have chose this platform to be sure that our members have a fluid and great experience!

9. Is my membership transferable?

- No. We do not allow memberships transfers due to the protection protocols that we implement to protect our members. Members may have sensitive information registered with their profile (Credit Card Numbers, Street Address, etc.). We take our member security VERY seriously.

10. Does Digitally Speaking offer discounts for group memberships?

- Yes, we do offer group membership options. Click here for more information.

11. Who should I contact if I have questions about my membership?

- Questions about membership should be directed to Digitally Speaking at the Contact Us tab within your membership platform. We will respond in a timely manner!
